How do I post a new job?

How jobs are posted on our platform is based on the set-up that you have: connected to your ATS or posting directly.

The first thing you need to do is check your set-up. You can do this by going to your profile and clicking on the ATS integrations tab here.

If we're connected to your ATS then your jobs will be synced directly from there.

  • Any new roles will be imported automatically from your ATS and will go live within 1 business day after being added to your ATS

  • If you have a role that you think should be live, but isn't (i.e. it hasn't gone live within 1 business day) then please reach out to us either via live chat or companies@otta.com.

If you have an ATS, but we're not currently connected to it then you can let us know here.

If you don't have an ATS or we're unable to connect to the one that you use, then you will be set to post directly to the platform.

  • You can do this from your jobs dashboard. Simply click Create Job and you'll be able to fill in the details to create your job on the platform.

  • Once you have submitted a role for approval, the role will go through a quality review before going live on the platform.
