Posting directly - If you post directly, you create your jobs and manage applications fully within our platform.
Connected via ATS (no integration) - If you are working with an ATS we don’t work with (list here), you create your jobs in your ATS and manage your applications in your ATS. We redirect candidates to apply to your roles within your ATS.
Connected via ATS (with completed integration) - If you are working with an ATS we do integrate with (list here), you create your jobs in your ATS and manage your applications in your ATS. Candidates can either apply within our platform (using ‘Apply with your profile’) or they can choose to be redirected to your ATS to apply.

Improved attribution of candidates within your ATS
Attribution for integrated companies still isn’t perfect as candidates still apply via your website
Export sourced candidates from within the sourcing tool
Note, there is no benefit with integration when it comes to how we scrape/pull your jobs onto our platform; this is the same whether you are integrated or not.
