If you already have a company profile, you can make changes to your profile via your recruiter account which can be accessed via hire.otta.com.
The majority of your profile can be edited via hire.otta.com/profile. The main exceptions to this are:
Our take - This section is our commentary on your company. If there is any information that is incorrect or out of date, you can request an update here.
Endorsements - You can access the custom links to share with your team to post endorsements for your company here.
Funding information - If you can't edit your funding info directly, this is because we're pulling the information directly from Dealroom. In order to get this update on our platform, you will need to claim your profile on Dealroom and update it there. We then refresh this information every Wednesday.
Trustpilot & Glassdoor - As part of our commitment to being candidate first, we aim to offer our candidates full transparency into the companies we work with. As such, you are unable to to remove these links from your profile, however, we're happy to review requests in relation to this.
