Yes, you can if you are posting directly or when you are using sourcing. Please see below on instructions, dependent on if you’re looking for outbound or inbound candidates.

If you are posting directly, when you receive an inbound application you can download the candidate’s CV. You do this by finding the candidate in your pipeline. To do this, log into https://hire.otta.com/ and click “Jobs'' on the left hand side. Click into a role, and then click “Pipeline”, click into a candidate, and click “Download CV”.

If your jobs are scraped from your careers page / ATS, the candidate will have provided their CV with their application. You will find this in your ATS, as you would with other candidates.

For outbound (sourced) candidates (Pro only), once you’ve sent them a message, click the message and click “Download CV”, which you’ll find on the right hand side.
