I’m sorry you don’t like our CV format; our candidates love it! By candidates using our CVs, it removes biases because some candidates are better at design than others, which doesn’t necessarily mean they are better a candidate.

Also, in a lot of ways candidates are able to show their personality more on our CV vs a traditional one, because there is scope to answer additional questions about themselves, and what they’re looking for in their next role.
