If you are on our Core pricing plan, you can cancel your job slots online anytime. To do this:
Click ‘Manage billing’
Click ‘Cancel plan’
Confirm cancellation
Optional: select a cancellation reason
Your job slots will remain available for you to use until the end of your billing cycle.
You can also reduce the number of job slots on your plan. To do this:
Click ‘Manage billing’
Click ‘Update plan’
Select the quantity of job slots you’d like
Confirm the change
The change will take effect immediately. Your account will be credited the prorated amount for the time remaining in the billing cycle.
