How can I make changes to user access and roles?

Details on how to manage admin and member permissions in the Hire App

Within the Hire App, an Admin can add, remove, or change users’ permissions.

To remove or edit permissions for other team members, in the left hand panel, go to Settings > Team Members. Here you can see all people who have access to your company's account.

An Admin is able to take the following actions:

  • You can remove a previous employee by clicking Remove

  • You can change someone from a Member to an Admin (or vice versa)

  • You can see when they last logged in

Additionally, an Admin is able to see all salaries submitted on jobs within the platform regardless of whether they are hidden or not. A Member is only able to see a hidden salary when they have been given access to it.

If you cannot login, please go to hire.otta.com/user, find your company, and try logging in again.
